Help from the Frontdesk team
Email levani.parastashvili@gmail.com for setup, account access, security concerns, export or deletion requests. Frontdesk support is handled by Levan for შპს ატმოსგეითი (Atmosgate), company 406568129, Georgia. We have no fixed support hours or guaranteed response time.
Include your workspace name, affected channel, approximate time and a short description of what happened. Never send passwords, verification codes, recovery codes or API keys. Redact customer details that are not needed to explain the issue.
Set up a business workspace
When signup is available, create an account, verify your email and add your business inventory and knowledge. Connect an eligible account, check your information in the workspace and turn on AI when you are ready. Businesses activate their own assistant; provider eligibility and account checks still apply. Access may remain limited while release checks and provider approvals are completed.
Connect your channels
The first release focuses on Facebook Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp. Use a Facebook Page you can manage, an eligible Instagram professional account, or a supported WhatsApp Business number. The connection options available in your workspace determine what you can enable. Personal profiles, every existing number, phone-app coexistence and number migration are not universally supported. Telegram and customer email inboxes are outside this release.
Reply yourself and pause AI
Your business team handles its customers’ conversations. A manual reply from the Frontdesk inbox pauses AI for that conversation. You can also pause it explicitly. AI remains paused until an authorized teammate resumes it; other conversations continue independently. Review the conversation and any unresolved request before resuming.
Messaging platforms control reply windows and allowed message types. Outside an allowed window, a message may be blocked or require a provider-approved template. Use only the options offered in the workspace. Native phone-app takeover, template follow-ups, photos and documents are available only where the relevant connection and feature have been enabled; do not assume a message sent elsewhere has paused AI in Frontdesk.
Follow up on conversation flags
Check the dashboard for handoffs, failed or uncertain sends, expired connections and operational problems. Alerts stay in the dashboard; we do not email staff when a conversation needs attention. Reading or acknowledging an alert does not by itself fix the underlying issue. If delivery is uncertain, check the actual channel conversation before sending again to avoid duplicate replies.
Recover account access
Use “Forgot your password?” when email recovery is available. Verification and recovery codes expire after ten minutes. If no email arrives, check your spam folder and request a fresh code after the waiting period. Account verification and password-reset emails are separate from dashboard-only alerts.
If recovery is unavailable, or you lose access to an enabled authenticator, contact us from your account email where possible. We verify ownership before changing access. Authenticator enrollment is optional; choosing to enable it still protects the account and cannot be bypassed by a support message alone.
Export, correction and deletion
Business owners can use the data controls available in their workspace or contact us for help. Identify whether your request concerns your account, a workspace or a particular customer’s information. We check identity and authority before exporting or deleting data. Conversations do not expire automatically, so ask for deletion or use the relevant control when information should be removed.
If you messaged a business using Frontdesk, contact that business about its use of your information. You can also contact us with the business name and channel so we can help route your request. See our privacy notice for processing and retention.
